“Vrem sa preluam puterea, noi, PNL” anunta cam prea grabit Klaus Iohannis acum doua zile. Probabil ca euforia in partid e mare si sentimentul acolo e complet diferit de ce se vede in partea astalalta, a activstilor online.
Profit deci de ocazie sa-l informez pe noul presedinte in legatura cu mandatul pe care l-a primit din parea a 2 milioane de oameni in plus, care s-au urnit din casa sa-l voteze.
Nimeni din clasa politica nu are mandat sa se intoarca la putere!
Asta trebuie sa fie clar. Nu avem de ce sa-l inlocuim pe Miki Spaga cu Videanu sau pe Ecaterina Andronescu cu madam Roberta Anastase. Oamenii n-au iesit in strada si dupa aia la urne pentru ca batranii alesi inepti si suspicionati de coruptie care au dat tara pe mana stangii sa se intoarca undeva!

How engineering can improve the voting process
16th of November 2014 was a historical day. We voted. We were heroes. I congratulate all those who got to vote and I send my deepest respect to those who paid for the results by not being allowed to vote. Unfortunately their right to vote was the casualty of the day.
We live in the 21st century which is high-tech, connected and consequently fast. Putting aside the rural and picturesque nostalgia, everything should be regulated by technology, thus increasing efficiency and speed.
Romania has on of the fastest internet connection in the EU and maybe even in the world and has some of the brightest minds in IT and Electronics. Unfortunately(Ironically) it’s voting system and it’s politicians seem to come from a couple of decades ago( when oups! there was no democracy). Why can’t we take our place in this century and prove we know how to make the best use of our assets???? As a future engineer I like to come up(dream) with technical solutions for acute administrative and social problems and I believe with some simple tech we can make the digital vote become reality.
There are 2 types of voting: Physical-by putting a stamp on a ballot and Online-by clicking on a ballot. I will describe the devices necessary and the process flow
Required documents: ID card( with chip or magnetic band preferably) or Passport (with bio-metrics chip preferably)
Required devices: PC/MAC with a secure connection(home/work network)
Each person will receive an access code and password similar to those we use to check our online bank accounts and transfer money
- Online vote
- Local High Security servers->Regional HS servers->National HS server/hub. This applies also for those voting abroad.
- Voting page with a simple, user friendly interface hosted by the Central Voting Bureau
- Input Data: your ID/ Passport number. Then the server will reveal the rest of your data along with your voting history(only when you voted not what)
- If you can vote->Show list->Click on the name->Validate choice->Final thorough verification to check if human.
- Check new voting history->Disconnect
The process is incredibly simple and obvious for those having an email address and a Facebook profile. Time required: 5-10 minutes maximum.
Cost of implementing and securing the system: please reader help me with some valid figures.
- Physical-Electronics assisted vote
- ID scanner: similar to those used at the customs connected to a server in order to retrieve data and voting history
- Voting screen+computer: Touch screen with the same interface as the digital vote connected to the id scanner and securely connected to the server
- Process: ID check-> If valid then show info+voting history->Show candidate list->Click on selection->Validate choice->New voting history->Remove ID
This process is just as simple as paying with a credit card at an automated machine. Time required: 1-2 minutes maximum
Cost of implementing and securing the system: it will be greater than the online vote but it is a long term investment with overlapping aspects such as the interface and the servers, plus it can lead to a more imperative type of democracy.
I hope this concept and this design implemented gradually-first online then electronics assisted, will make a significant difference in the way we run our democracies. There a risk and I’m no stranger to them, especially hacking and political malevolence.

Cand eroii stau la coada
Draga domnule premier, domnule ministru de externe, stimati membri ai guvernului.
As vrea sa va arat cea mai importanta imagine de la alegerile de azi: coada romanilor din strainatate la vot.
Sigur, pentru ca n-are mecla voastra nicaieri in cadru, s-ar putea sa va vi se para ca nu e asa de importanta. Cu toate astea, dati-mi voie sa va explic de ce totusi este:
Nici unul dintre oamenii astia nu sta sa va voteze pe voi. Bai, voi intelegeti? Absolut nici unul.
Pentru ca nici un roman in toate mintile nu se aseaza la coada stiind ca are de stat 4 ore, ca sa va dea voie sa conduceti in continuare. Voi, care impreuna cu restul gastii penale pe care ne-am deprins a o numi “clasa politica” sunteti, intre alele, motivul pentru care oamenii astia sunt acolo.
Si nu acasa.

Despre rai si iad
Cum exista un exces peste limitele imaginabile de carti, filme si bloguri care scriu despre ingeri, demoni, exorcizare, iluminati etc. , m-am gandit sa propun o solutie mai echilibrata. Stiu ca drama creeaza interes, persoanele cu miez demonic si angelic exista si se transforma iar Biserica si scriitori vor sa scoata din noi atentie si frica. Imi propun sa dau un altfel de atentie.
Omul e infinit sub toate aspectele si e absurd sa zici ca “ori ii alba, ori ii neagra” pentru ca niciodata nu va fi 1/0. Ma bucur enorm ca in ultimii ani s-o reusit o relativa conectare a notiunilor iudeo-crestine cu cele asiatice si africane si ca inginer notiunea de energie ma ajuta sa inteleg mult mai bine aceste concepte in general prost intelese si exprimate.
Angelicul si demonicul deja implica 2 alegeri si o singura axa verticala cu poli opusi( cam nu prea pusca cu infinitatea omului ). Filozofia greaca si experienta ne invata ca extremele nu sunt benefice unei dezvoltari sanatoase, deci pentru orice fel de crestere spirituala cel mai bine e sa fii o fiinta echilibrata adica un om. De altfel ambele forme, atat posesiunea demonica, cat si exaltarea angelica presupun o abandonare a sinelui adica pierderea celui mai puternic aspect al umanitatii noastre- Liberul Arbitru. Clar! cel mai dificil lucru este sa stii ce sa faci cu libertatea iar libertate in exces duce la varianta nesanatoasa de haos. Totusi liberul arbitru este frumusetea noastra umana pentru ca e sursa experientelor noi, iar noi existam pentru simplul motiv sa capatam experienta. Exista un anumit haos romantic cand asteptam cu nerabdare anumite decizii si reactia de dupa.
Din pacate acelasi liber arbitru vine la pachet cu discernamantul si atunci colectam frici, depresii, ganduri rele si care ii crestem fain frumos sa devina demoni iar ca sa ne scapam de ei dupa ne abandonam unor practici care oricat de sanatoase ar fi sunt facute pentru motivele gresite si unele chiar vin impotriva naturii noastre.
In final ma intreb oare ce e mai bine? Sa te abandonezi complet egoismului, sa te pui in serviciul cerlolalti fara limite sau iti explorezi umanitatea ?

Cetățenia și Roșia Montană
Un post foarte clar, curat si plin de optimism sanatos
Prin acest articol îmi voi exprima punctul de vedere legat de cetățenia în România și cum începe să se „maturizeze” datorită protestelor legate de Roșia Montană.
Aceste proteste împotriva Proiectului Roșia Montană au o evoluție interesantă, au fost numite de CNN „Toamna românească”. Marea parte a mass-mediei române nu a oferit suficient credit protestelor (cel puțin la început) iar o parte au luat chiar și în batjocoră spiritul civic al românilor, încercând să minimalizeze efectul lui, în special în primele săptămâni. Protestatarii au fost numiți eco-anarhiști, huligani, anti-corporatiști, hipsteri, neofascişti (Daniel Barbu – Ministrul Culturii) și mult mai multe.
Dar ce legătura au protestele pentru Roșia Montană, cetățenia și Toamna românească? Au legătură, sunt conectate, fiindcă reprezintă voința cetățenilor (indiferent de vârstă, statut și educație), care sunt informați și care doresc să își exprime un punct de vedere, să fie solidari cu cei care au “luptat” 14…

It took them 11 weeks to figure out what we all knew even before it all began
Dear friends, followers and accidental viewers,
This is an intellectual rant and you should read it with a consistent dose of skepticism. It’s not much but it’s better than nothing
Blinded, divided and with low-self esteem, that’s the average Romanian who keeps in power one of the most unimaginably incompetent political class in the entire world and accepts being abused. It sounds like spiritual, social and intellectual BDSM.
Rosia Montana was the trigger for some sort of Revolution….the only one we truly had in the past century. The gold and silver mine projected uncovered a series of deep civic issues ranging from property rights to freedom of speech and environment. It’s good but I still doubt it will suffice. After 11 weeks of protests, a special Parliamentary Committee appointed to sort out the mining project which became some small piece of law announced their “Nay”, being up to the entire Parliament to decide.
The only good part is that 70% of what they recommended to both the company and the Romanian Government, me and other 50.000 protesters asked 11 weeks ago( at least 1000 have studies related to engineering, chemistry, business). We could have handed them an entire project, with the best modern solutions for a clean and healthy revival of the area…for free, sparing them 11 weeks of pointless talks and bribery, which costs money that they take away from people in hospitals and children in school. The bad part is the rest 30% which is a complete non-sense and proves how idiotic they are ( and how bad my countrymen voted). They are living proof that only the rats survive and insufficient funding on education leads to a generation of morons, like them.
All this is just a bit of dust in the eyes of the qualified people against the project and cyanide based mining. The Parliament is stupid and bribed so we can’t expect democracy to work it’s magic. Nevertheless they’re resourceful enough to find a legal way of making it pass and they will take advantage of the delay to tire out the protesters. And hope they will give up.
I believe in democracy and in the Greater Good but even if you’re blinded, uneducated and hungry, you shouldn’t be ruled or driven by people who want you dead or a slave. Democracy takes time and requires intelligence, patience and consensus to work. Right now, Romania doesn’t have the neither the time nor the patience and consensus to move forward. We need to make that magic happen, write down that Masterplan, fuck the actual Government and make a parallel one which actually works. Then capitalism will favor the smart and the efficient. I honestly wonder why people haven’t made an alternative government…like an alternative product ( iOS vs Android, Mac vs Windows), we’re shareholders, employees and innovators. Our country should be ruled the way its best with the best tools by the adequate people.
I study, pray and write, so that I might make a difference. We live in the Era of Smart Work and I believe by being United and Smart we can achieve Greatness.
This is an intellectual rampage and you should read it with a consistent dose of skepticism
Rugaciune pentru Romania de la romani.
Dragi prieteni,
Indiferent de viziunile si credintele voastre spirituale si civice e momentul sa mai facem inca un pas inainte pentru Romania. Un pas invizibil, facut in intimitate dar care intr-un plan subtil, spiritual si psihologic este de mare impact. Am iesit in strada, am postat pe net si in ziare, am aratat cu degetul si am spus atat lucruri bune si pozitive cat am si improscat cu energie negativa. Salvarea si progresul vine cu pasi mici printr-o uniune pe toate planurile: fizic ( luptam impreuna), intelectual( cautam, cercetam si inovam impreuna) si spiritual( ne rugam impreuna).
Asadar, cand aveti timp si va este dor de casa sau va simtiti exasperati de ce se intampla acasa, spuneti o rugaciune pentru tara, fie pe cea de jos, fie una cu care sunteti obisnuit, fie una compusa de voi. cele mai puternice sunt cele care sunt compuse din suflet. Repetatile de cate ori credeti ca e nevoie, intr-o luna, intr-un an vor conta mai mult decat va puteti imagina.
” Doamne, iti multumim pentru tara si cultura cu care ne-ai binecuvantat. Ne cerem iertare noua insine, Tie si unii altora pentru ca nu ne respectam darul Tau asa cum trebuie respectat.
Rugam Ingerii si Arhanghelii, Sfintii si Fiintele de Lumina sa tina in paza Romania si romanii. Sa-i ierte si sa-i lumineze pe cei ce si-au asumat roluri de conducere si s-au pierdut pe drum sau nici macar nu merg pe acest drum. Sa le dea curaj si incredere in fortele proprii, celor cu idei sanatoase, putere de munca si spirit intreprinzator.
Pentru toti romanii, vorbitorii de romana si cei care traiesc romaneste, va cerem sa ne iluminati si sa ridicati ceata din jurul ochilor nostrii fizici, spirituali si mentali ca sa vedem adevarul si sa lucram impreuna pentru Binele Suprem si al Romaniei.”
